Досліджено специфіку регіональних мистецьких проєктів у контексті синергії культурного капіталу, їх роль у процесах комунікації та саморозвитку фахівців, значущість яких зростає в умовах новітніх трансформацій. Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти регіоніки як самостійної соціокультурної одиниці в різних контекстах (географічному, історичному, етнографічному, соціально-економічному та культурному) на прикладі розвитку музичного мистецтва в окремих регіонах України. Показано значення регіоніки як галузі культурології, що активно формує методологічну базу та сприяє глибшому розумінню процесів розвитку мистецтва в окремих регіонах. Визначено зміст поняття «регіональні мистецькі проєкти». Оцінено важливість вивчення регіональних культур, що сприяє формуванню цілісного бачення національного культурного простору, а також допомагає збереженню культурної ідентичності кожного регіону. Проаналізовано поняття «культурний капітал», яке набуває все більшої актуальності в сучасних наукових дослідженнях. Розглянуто концепцію культурного капіталу. Встановлено, що ця форма культурного капіталу має значний вплив на розвиток культурного середовища. Представлено синергетичний підхід до дослідження культурного простору, який розглядається як «ключ» до комплексного осмислення буття нації. Висвітлено питання застосування синергетичної концепції для аналізу процесів діалектики регіональних мистецьких проєктів, що сприяють формуванню нового культурного капіталу. Зазначено, що синергетична концепція дозволяє виявити різноманітні культурні ініціативи — від освітніх програм до мистецьких фестивалів. Розглянуто реалізацію регіональних і національних мистецьких проєктів на прикладі семінарівпрактикумів, що сприяють розвитку культурного капіталу та інтеграції різних культурних середовищ. Доведено, що організація культурних заходів на базі регіональних закладів культури сприяє популяризації місцевого культурного капіталу та підтримці регіональних мистецьких проєктів.
The study examines the specifics of regional art projects in the context of cultural capital synergy, focusing on their role in communication processes and the professional development of specialists, whose significance is increasing amid contemporary transformations. Theoretical aspects of region studies are considered as an independent socio-cultural unit in various contexts — geographical, historical, ethnographic, socio-economic, and cultural — using the development of musical art in specific regions of Ukraine as a case study. The importance of region studies as a branch of cultural studies is demonstrated, actively forming the methodological foundation and promoting a deeper understanding of artistic development processes in individual regions. The concept of “regional art projects” is defined. The significance of studying regional cultures is assessed, highlighting its contribution to forming a holistic vision of the national cultural space while helping to preserve the cultural identity of each region. The notion of “cultural capital”, which is gaining increasing relevance in contemporary scholarly research, is analyzed. The concept of cultural capital is examined, establishing that this form of capital has a significant impact on the development of the cultural environment. A synergistic approach to studying cultural space is presented, regarded as a “key” to a comprehensive understanding of the nation’s existence. The application of the synergy concept is highlighted in analyzing the dialectical processes of regional art projects that contribute to the formation of new cultural capital. It is noted that the synergy concept enables the identification of diverse cultural initiatives — from educational programs to art festivals. The implementation of regional and national art projects is reviewed through the example of seminars and workshops that foster the development of cultural capital and integration of various cultural environments. It is demonstrated that organizing cultural events within regional cultural institutions promotes the popularization of local cultural capital and supports the sustainability of regional art projects
