У статті розглянуто феномен наукової школи, як найбільш
ефективної, процесуально-інноваційної, прогресивно орієнтованої форми
соціокультурного розвитку.
The paper is dedicated to the analysis of the phenomenon of a scientific
school as a special form of generation of scientific knowledge. Pedagogical,
production and cultural aspects of scientific schools are analyzed. The features
of formation and development of scientific schools are highlighted. This
enables determination of the mechanisms of understanding and allows us to
formulate a definition of notions, such as «authorial», «scientific-practical»
schools in the field of music art. The difference from other fields of human
activity lies, above all, in the variety of roles performed by the leader of a
school, which requires certain skills from him/her and presents him/her as a
performer, teacher, researcher, journalist, host, organizer, administrator,
activist, founder, reformer.
