This article does not analyze the thinking of a particular musician, but considers a general understanding of the category of thinking and a general understanding of the thinking of the creative individual as the specificity of the thinking of the musician performer requires specific methodological considerations. The multifaceted interpretation of human mental activity reflects the ambiguity of the very category of thinking in the minds of scientists, both with respect to the subject and subject of thought, and to the processes that provide them (object– subject) with mutual influence. As a result of the analysis and synthesis, concretization and generalization, theoretical and experimental research, different theories of thinking have emerged, namely: as a single process that integrates all levels of the mental aspects; as interpretations of mental activity in the form of concepts that reflect the determination of thinking by specific activities; as guidelines for thinking in the process of learning and education, etc.
Дана стаття не торкається аналізу мислення конкретного музиканта-виконавця, а розглядає загальне розуміння категорії мислення і загальне розуміння мислення творчої індивідуальності, оскільки специфіка мислення музиканта-виконавця потребує конкретно-методологічних міркувань, окремого розгляду. Багатогранність трактування розумової діяльності людини відображає неоднозначність самої категорії мислення у свідомості науковців як щодо предмета і суб’єкта мислення, так і щодо процесів, які забезпечують їх (предмет – суб’єкт) взаємовпливи. В результаті аналізу і синтезу, конкретизації і узагальнень, теоретичних та експериментальних досліджень з’явилися різні теорії щодо мислення, а саме: як єдиного процесу, який інтегрує всі рівні психічного; як інтерпретацій розумової діяльності у вигляді концепцій, що відображають детермінацію мислення специфічними видами діяльності; як методичних рекомендацій щодо формування мислення в процесі навчання і виховання тощо.
